If they REALLY deserve it, heck yes! If it's just me being sensitive and going a little off the deep end, I usually feel bad the minute I say something insulting.

No, not particularly. I like people too much and want them to feel welcome in my presence. Sometimes my tart remarks hurt their feelings (mostly unintentionally) but as far as insults, I try my best to avoid them.
