im 14 and im sooo confused about religion my friends are muslim but i grew up christian and now a couple of years ago my mom turns us muslim saying she thinks it more true (no offense) but ever since then its soo hard to understand everything i believe in god but my super religious friends tell me stuff that i really dont beleive and its just really hard to understand i hope you can help because i dont understand anything bassicaly

im not fat by any means. i just want to loose some weight and firm up. (3.5 weeks till my pageant) im trying to do it the healthy way (exercise, cutting out sugars. stuff like that) but try as i might i cant stick to it verry well. does anyone have any tips on dieting tricks or ways to stick to a diet/excercise plan? or recipes for healthy snacks? (i have a membership to a health club already.) in general any help would be wonderfull.

I'm looking for a way to build a real replica of an authentic, or near authentic, sailing ship like a galleon. What would the cost be to re-create a ship from wood, and to maintain it, and operate it on the high seas. Who builds those kinds of ships? My cousin got in trouble for writing "f*ck you a**" on a peice of paper at school. Ever since then, he has been really sad about feeling bad words towards his mom. He told his mom that he has been thinking bad words about her. Such as the "b word" and the "a word". Yesterday, he told me he was thinking these words about her. However he does not claim to be mad at her and she has not done anything wrong. Why is he saying these things? Is it solely for attention or is this is way of dealing with naughty words? PLEASE HELP!

I hydrate throughout the day so I don't think that's the problem... I'm also not starving myself so that's definitely not the problem... I usually push myself VERY hard and usually a little into an hour I feel very weak and nauseated! What's the deal!?
