Most definitly the lighter colors. Like Pink or light blue. White Is great

Depends on the girl's body. i.e. thin girls look nice in black, average girls look nice in white and big girls should dress in dark colours (brown, dark blue or black). However a nice pink outfit will always make you look beautiful.
