I have called CPS(child protective services) and it turns out they have quite a file on this 11 year old kid..
I'll keep you posted. Right now, I just have my 13 year old in my computer room crying.. I think that the 11 year old raped him.

Well I would accept the fact that he is gay, it's no big deal!! But having sex with your 11 year old adopted son isn't right! I would tell him that he cannot have sex with him anymore, at age 13 and 11 they are too young to be having sex anyway!

Gosh.... Well, I must tell you that for children, an age difference of 2 years or more is considered 'abusive'. As a teacher and mandated reporter, if I was in your situation, I'd be mandated to report the situation to Child Protective Services. The same would be true of police, counselors, etc. You're in quite a predicament. I would call CPS and talk to them and ask them to come help you. I'd be very concerned that your son is acting out something that has possibly happened to him by an older male. Please follow through. Your son is a good boy who needs help in this situation. If this is let go, he may make a wrong move with somebody else's child and get reported. Please protect your boys AND your family and get it resolved. The very best of luck to you....and you are to be admired for speaking up and asking for help.

OMGOODNESS! i really don't know what to say to that, but i hope your 13 yr old son will be ok....and if i were you id be sending your adopted son back to the social services, if he continues to be sexual towards your son! OR get him some counseling ASAP! and counseling would be good for your 13 yr old as well!

whatever you do be careful what you say you dont want to alienate your sons from you especially at such a tough time in their life with coming to terms with their sexuality plus pubity. I dont think you should condone the sex between brothers even if one is adopted especially at that age but show some support they probably both need you right now.

i am a kid too...and i think that being gay is wrong...but you should ask your 13 year old if he is gay...or if your other son raped him...if he isnt gay...talk to the 11 year old...get him counseling...ect...if he DID rape your 13 year old...i would "un-adopt" him (i know that seems harsh, but i would do anything to protect my biological son...if i had one) if your 13 year old IS gay...then there is nothing you can do...but since he is crying...i would suspect that he is not gay

This is not a matter of being gay. This is a matter of sexual abuse. Someone has molested one or both of these kids and you need to find out who. Your son is molesting his little brother, someone probably did it to him. Talk to him and find out. This is not normal behavior, being gay is not the same as having sex with your brother or having sex at eleven years old. You need to call DSS and get an investigation going.

I am so sorry to hear that. To have a gay son is hard to accept but to caught him having sex is another story. I suggest u separate both boys. and next time be vigilant.

it sounds like the younger one coerced the older one into doing something he wasnt quite ready for or even possibly raped...your son will need some counceling to help him work thru this and it will be a struggle...just keep being there for him...
im glad you were able to get the adopted one out for now...how long have you had the adopted one?
dont give up though talk to attorneys and keep fighting for your son....he has been thru alot and needs to know you will fight for him..

i had to fight for my daughter she was molested by her father my EX....and it took some time...but the one thing SHE and her brother always saw was that I NEVER gave in...keep fightin mom...your son needs you

if ya ever just want to chat drop me a line

Wow! That's a tough one. I don't know, do you think your 11 yr old is old enough to distinguish if hes gay or not? The best I can tell you is to talk to them about it. Good Luck!

first of all get that kid out of your house! Child services has no business putting a child that has a file of sexual abuse with a parent that has a child of their own. They endangered your child to this knowingly and I think you should sue them...for emotional damage to your son!
