I'm assuming you deleted a Microsoft Word file, not just text from a file. You can restore it by downloading this free program called Restoration:

in case you uninstalled this methodology, you would be wanting the unique installation CD to reinstall it. If the pc maker preinstalled MS Works and did no longer furnish a CD, you have lost it. Ask the pc maker in the event that they are able to help. in case you basically deleted a number of the records, restoration them from the recycle bin. in case you deleted a number of the records and emptied them from the recycle bin, attempt repairing Works. bypass to the administration Panel, upload/get rid of courses, opt for MS Works and decide exchange or restoration or Reinstall (precise call varies).

Your only hope is to have a program that restores deleted files from FAT(File Allocations Table), and to do that not too long after the deletion

You should get Norton Systemworks it will backup your deleted files. Also, you should not empty your trash unless you don't want prying eyes to see the pictures or videos there, delete those items within the trash separately and leave everything you mite want back.

The file might be in disk clean-up tempory files section, if you did not run it, b/c it permanantly deleates it from system, and you can also use your restore disk to put the computer back to the minutes before you deleated it. Its easy to use, just follow the directions, hope it helps..

possibly, go back in time, but that would take a lot of money and thinking. Forget that, if i could go back in time I would make it where i didn't need it and be born from a rich guy so i wouldn't have to do anything throughout life.
