其實打波落「西」，係咪來自side spin 呢？

side spin:
(1) horizontal spinning motion given to a ball.
(2) spin given to the cue ball in snooker and billiards by hitting it on one side, not centrally.

我在工作的時候常常會忘東忘西，當正在做一件事的時候，如果有人叫我做另一件事情，有時候我就會忘了上一件事情做到哪，或是東西放在哪，這是我想要改進的地方。

我是個活潑的人，可是我討厭自己有時候動不動就會發脾氣，當我發脾氣的時候，就儘量不要跟我說話，因為跟我說話，有時候會害到自己，這是我討厭自己的地方，也是我想要改進的地方。

上週六看吳宗憲的齊天大聖節目，有一位台中去的英語老師叫湯尼陳，在節目中，被整的好慘，但是，他脾氣好像很好的樣子，居然不會生氣，真奇怪，原本對英語覺得很排斥，為什麼，看了節目之後，覺得湯尼陳在節目中所教的英語，我馬上記起來，而且想要忘也忘不了，例如：奶嘴叫sucker，為什麼9會怕7，英語的講法是
Why is nine afraid of seven???原因是seven ate(eight) nine我真的好想找他學英文，不知道湯尼陳現在哪教英文…知道請問訴我，謝謝!!!

請問兩個英文詞彙的意思：

(2) year on year

兩個意思相同嗎？

我查到 "year on year" 又有兩個解釋
(一) 與上年同期數字相比
(二) 逐年；按年計算

有點混亂... ...
