I want to do some traveling this summer but I'm on a tight budget. I live in Colorado during the summers so I always thought about doing an extended hike or backpacking tour of Colorado, New Mexico, Arizona and possibly Mexico.

I recently got accepted to Colorado Christian University in Lakewood, CO. They have 3 different sites, though. Lakewood is the main campus which is roughly 10-15 minutes west of Denver, then there is Colorado Springs and Loveland which is 10-15 minutes south of Fort Collins. I need some input on towns because I'm somewhat am going out there blind. My mom has a friend in Loveland but I haven't been able to really talk to her in depth. I will be making a trip out there in May sometime. I've looked at apartments in Colorado Springs online which I'm sure they give you the BEST pictures online, my main concern is my kids, the neighborhood for them, and a school. I did look at District 20 Academy school in Colorado Springs and Glen Ridge Apartments there which both were by the Air Force Academy. Colorado Springs seemed to be a little less expensive than Loveland or Fort Collins. Anyhow, would appreciate some suggestions. Thanks

I've lived in California for 11 years. I am originally from Ethiopia came to the U.S. when I was ten years old. Anyway I feel like black people in California don't get treated right. I feel like we are disadvantaged compared to other cultures. To be honest, I feel like people in California can be really racist at times. Anyway I know racism is going to exist any where you go...but I feel like there must be a better place where a black person can live and succeed. Any suggestions? I've heard Atlanta is a great place. I'm also considering NYC.

I am a native of South Carolina myself, but I am interested in buying Myrtle Beach Salt Water Taffy. i can't seem to find any of the taffy companies that sell in Eagles Beachwear or Pacific Beachwear, or any of local companies. My boyfriend is going to vegas in a couple of days for his 21st birthday. He hasnt gotten his id renewed and wont have time to before he leaves. Will he even be able to get into the bars if its expired? Just wondering because its a big city and i dont know how strict they are there.
