I'd recommend the American Museum of Natural History on Central Park West in New York City. Adjacent to it is the Hayden Planetarium, and there are a huge amount of exhibits. See the below link.

Definitely The Museum of Natural History in Manhattan because it has so much to do and learn in there. It will keep you occupied for the entire day.

Muesuem of Natural History. They have a program where kids can sleep over the night with the dinosaurs. How cool is that.
