Im looking for a guest house/B & B in Stratford-upon-avon/warkwickshire, to stay on Saturday (10th feb)- with my partner.
We're hoping to go to warwick castle in the day, so ideally for the evening we'd like to be fairly near to a city centre, where theres places to eat/drink.

Ive searched the accomodation guide, but it mainly comes up with the bigger (ridiculously overpriced!) hotels.

We need a double room (ensuite essential) preferably parking available.

We're looking to spend £40-80 (for the one night)

Can anyone recommend?

Why is it harder to find lactose free milk in the UK than in the US, despite lactose intolerance being more prevalent in the UK?

I'm leaving the country for a month. I do not want to leave my car at the airport. I am leaving too early for the train.

I've been seeing things on television like George Clooney saying how the UK views the US as a bunch of bullies, but most of that comes from politics (imo). Personally, I see the UK as the fathering country of the US. Yes, we had a fall out in the past, but blood is always thicker than water and we always stick together. UK is family and we need to help each other when needed. Maybe my statement is outdated, but personally I'll believe in UK as much as the US. You really can't separate the two anymore.

I have to go to England, next year, because I have a competition in English, so I will stay there 3 weeks. but I am really scared, because I heard that the british are very strict, and if your english is perfect they would say it's decent. well, is it true? My dream is to live there an to work there, but I am not sure will the british accept me.
P.S. If an British can answer me this question I would be very happy.
