The distance is +/- 70 miles, but if you want to travel it; by your own car, or taxi (fare +/- £50 ) dependant on time of day, early morning 6:00am it will take you at least 1 3/4 hrs, it can be a nightmare. Public transport is much longer.

M27 east to A3M Then A3M North to M25 Then M25 West to Heathrow (roughly)

there are shuttles from stansted to heathrow 30 a day here is a link on times and prices may work out cheaper but have a look first.
