Yep. Most clubs won't let you in with trainers or hats.. That's just the way it is. You need shoes and no headgear.

If you are a man, I would imagine it is the fact you are wearing a hat, not the type of hat that it is. It is considered against etiquette for a man to wear a hat indoors.
I am not sure what "trainers" are. Again, I assume they are informal, too informal even for a pub or club.

you've got a cider with nutrition in case you're sixteen at a pub in case you're with an grownup. different than that18. there is not any age restrict for being in a pub, besides the incontrovertible fact that for bars and golf equipment it relatively is 18. some nightclubs have a 21 coverage simply by fact they like to be slightly "classier".

its the same as any club, restaurant, they set the dress code, if you don't match it then you either dress to their code or move on your choice, baseball cap and trainers is hardly the right gear for a night club
