Helo Heidi...I live in England too..near the coast and half way up a hill. After a good summer and a fair summer now we get a bad spell of weather. We have had some strong winds followed by rain showers then some snow showers then a sharp frost and then more snow Brrr! But other parts of England are getting heavier snow. Back here it's not very cheerful...dull and not much sunshine appearing. I hope the weather improves by spring and I cant wait for the summer. Wrap up well and so bye for now......E.W.

It's 10 degrees Fahrenheit but feels like 0 in the great lakes state of Michigan, USA.
The groundhog didn't see his shadow last week so that must mean an early Spring. He's more predictable than the weather satellites. Enjoy your long Spring in England as I miss them here.

The weather where I am at is nice I'm in California, Near palm springs so its always nice until summer that's when I go to my moms In Newport beach, or my friends in Huntington beach. England sounds so foreign and neat.

Winter arrived in central uk this past week. Had frosts for a week, -4 C and not climbing much this past night (now 10.15am).
Mind you, it was colder in San Francisco than here for a week or so, in early Jan. Plus matched us a few days in New Orleans.
Not stopped picking my water cress - 'summer' crop until it died a couple of days ago.
ouch!

I am sitting in my office with the air conditioner full on - about 29 c here in SA - oh how I envy you guys at the moment. The heat is killing me - and no rain to cool things down.
