Dear people of Scotland, I visited your beautiful capital Edinburgh, and what should I say? I fell in love with Edinburgh, Scotland and the Scottish people. That wasn´t my last trip to beautiful Scotland! I´ll come back, I promise! I bought a patch with the following slogan: Up yer Kilt! (just because I like it!) but I don´t know exactly the meaning of this slogan. Can you please explain it to me in "pure English".

Thanks a lot!

My mother & uncle were both born in England but moved to the US in 1945 & both became US citizens. But since my uncle is a man his 4 kids are automatically citizens of both countries but since my moms a woman I'm not. Why is that so unfair. I think of England as my home away from home but I don't that's right. any opinions?

I'm from San Diego and I want to rent a car and tour Scotland this Jan. but have heard that Great Britain is littered with speed camera traps. I'm afraid I'll miss a speed limit sign and will pile up speeding tickets.
