Can recommend which beach I should visit? I am hoping to find the prettiest, cleanest beach in the area. But I am also looking for things do to at night. Which is better Virginia Beach or Ocean City--- or is there a surrounding beach that is better?

My favorite thing to do is to just take a drive and go where ever, as far as I could until I ran out of money or gas. But since I can't do that, I guess I'll have to go to my favorite park on the outside of town and sit by the water and think or take picture or write poetry. Even the walk is tranquil.

well we are leaving from indiana tomorrow morning and we are going to tenneessee to pack up all our stuff and move and its going to be boring bc there is no electricity or TV or anything and its gonna be kinda creepy staying in the house with no power.... what should i do for fun....i dont have a car and it is a very small town so theres not much in walking distance...but there are some woods and stuff around there,,,... The end of July and beginning of August is a big travel time when hotel prices go up. Also, it's notorious for hot, hot, and humid weather in normally ideal travel icons like Florida.
Unfortunately, my boyfriend and I decided a long time ago to celebrate our one year anniversary in 'someplace nice' (warm beaches) like Florida.
I'm terribly ignorant on travel. Does anyone know if the weather there is truly a lost cause and, if so, have any recommendations for a replacement location? Or is it alright, do people flock to Miami around that time?

My husband has criminal record from when he was young for posession of Narcotics. It has been well over 5 years so he is able to apply for a pardon, but that takes too long. With a passport, which contries will he be granted entry to with no complications? If anyone has travelled somewhere with a previous drug charge without a pardon, I would also like to hear these stories

A friend believes that the water in Canada is clean, then as it seeps southerly through the U.S. into Mexico and other countries is becomes dirty with contaminents. He won't drink Mexican beers because of that. Only Canadian beer. Am I missing something or it that just the stupidest thing you've ever heard? This is an honest question, no matter how absurd it sounds.

I am half Portuguese and a quarter Swiss. My dad (Who is Portuguese) wants to get me a Portuguese passport but he's taking forever and I'm afraid I'll have to wait 2 years to get it! my mom has already spoken to the Swiss embassy so I will get my Swiss passport. My question is which passport is better to have? Since Portugal is a member of the European Community, won't I have access to most of the European universities? will they be less expensive?
