Travel (General) - November 2007

Would anyone now of an ideal hotel, not too pricy where I could take a group of 22 students for 4 / 5 days next April ?
It has to be within easy reach of a Paris metro station.

considering I have not much money and about 1-2 months.

I'v already done most of (western) Europe, and I'v been to Tangier. But that's it really.

i wanna do something other than the usual Amsterdam-Germany-Prague-Balkans deal but im really at a loss for ideas.

i can drink water from my nose then squirt it out of my eyes and mouth at the same time. i want to know if i could go to riplys beleive it or not
i doubt that the world record could accept that just riplys
scan any one else do that?
i live in bahrain and so far nobody else can do it

I'm moving to another state & it's a 14 hour drive. My car will be full of furniture and I'll be driving by myself. Packed to the max. Any tips for someone who's done that before so I can get myself and my luggage there safely? And so I don't run into anything unexpected?

like passports,money,cellphones....i know the house keeping and hotel have the keys to every room in the hotel.my mum always tell me to bring ALL my things when going out even for like lunch!i don't care if it just a few things,i can put them in my pocket.but if i have to bring ALL things,where i'm gonna put all of them in a safe place?don't the hotel management should be responsible if there's anything missing??

Ok think of this and tell me if you think its possible.

Youre in England, you walk to London, then you walk thru the channel tunnel and into France (i know its not "allowed" but its doable). Then once in france you walk accross Europe and into Russia, from there you walk up into North-East Russia. Do this in the winter and the ice will have frozen over enough to walk over into Alaska. From alaska you walk thru Canada, into the USA again and then walk to New York.

Possible?

I live in Phenix City Alabama. My birthday is December 7 so I want to go away for a few days. Where are some close places with interesting things to see? would u rather be at a nice tropical beach with white powder sand and warm breezes with palm trees and a crystal clear beaching sipping on pina colada (or any cold drink) or...would u rather be in the mountain with snow and all cozy next to a fireplace sipping on hot cocoa and watching a movie in ur bed while watching it snow outside? i think that i'd have to go with the beach but the one in the mountain sounds rather comfy lol
