Yes they most likely will because it's not a razor blade. However, the only way you can be 100% sure for anything is if you check the regulations of the airline you will be flying on. They give detailed descriptions of what is and is not allowed on your carry-on and checked baggage.

They will probably let is slide. I have carried one similar with no hassle, but they change their minds about stuff so often, you would be better off to put into your checked baggage.
