I am referring to an American buying the oxygen overseas (e.g. Hong Kong) while travelling there. As you probably know, a tank of oxygen cannot be brought on board an airliner.

I'm trying to decide where to go on vacation next year...I know, it is early but I want to go ahead and book it so I can guarantee a spot. It is a small travel company that i'm going through. I'm trying to decide between an Ireland/Scotland tour and a Russia tour. The Ireland/Scotland tour i've been wanting to do for several years now, goes all over the eastern/Northern part of Ireland, then Scotland. Russia goes pretty much all the major parts of Russia. Russia is more expensive and i've heard much colder than Ireland/Scotland. I'll be going by myself so i'll have to take that into consideration as well. Where would you go if you had the choice?

I'm planning a trip for spring in 2008, and i've always wanted to go to both Ireland and Scotland and Russia. The tour company that i'm going to go with has tours, and they have an 11 day tour that encompasses everything that I want to see in Ireland & Scotland. Then they have a 12 day tour in Russia. The one in Russia is a bit more expensive. I'm making payments on these trips already, but my question is which one would you do if you had the choice? I've been wanting to go to Ireland & Scotland more, but I think Russia would also be neat. Thanks!
