Does Medicare cover the cost of home oxygen overseas (for an American travelling overseas for 2 wks)?

I am referring to an American buying the oxygen overseas (e.g. Hong Kong) while travelling there. As you probably know, a tank of oxygen cannot be brought on board an airliner.

Medicare does not pay for any health care delivered outside of the US or its possessions. I suggest purchasing some traveler's health insurance .
