To fly you have to pass regular medicals...the Dr decides against set criteria... so yes, you can fly if you've had a heart attack, as long as the Dr says you can.

You have to pass an FAA flight physical in order to pilot a plane. Those requirements vary from size of plane and type of license. If you can pass the physical you can fly. If you cannot pass, you cannot fly.

yes! of course! people with heart attack who have to go to states to have an operation, ride in aeroplane honey! you've got no other choice! that's the fastest vehicle to get to that particular place we want right?
