I am not sure Cheerios (unopened) are considered as perishable and couldn't find the answer on USPS website.

Cheerios are not considered perishable. I have spent a large length of time overseas and have received many food items from friends and family at home - oreos, peanut butter cups. These items have all been shipped from the USA to the European countries. One place I wouldn't send the Cheerios to is Argentina, they have the strictest import laws.

Cheerios have a limited shelf life but I'm sure if they get to your destination within a few weeks, they'll be just peachy.

Yes - you can send them overseas - its not considered "perishable" - things that spoil quickly like cheese,fruit - etc are
