Norway and The Netherlands have nothing in common, and we're not even neighbouring countries.

I'm backpacking through Europe with a girl this summer, and we both want to stop by Amsterdam for a couple of days. Soon I will be going to the Netherlands and I will be arriving in the amsterdam airport. It's my first time flying out of the country and I am just wondering what I have to do when I get there? Are there any Black people in Amsterdam?? .. More importantly I was gonna attend the Cannibis Cup in November but Im reading all these comments and not getting good feedback as far as the weather is concerned during that time .. Has anyone ever been?! .. Is the weather not a big deal compared to the AWESOME time I would have at the Cannibis Cup?! .. Im thinking about going in March or July now .. Are those pretty good months? .. Im sure weather is okay but any special events going on during those months? .. And I was also reading something about tourist not being able to smoke in Amsterdam anymore. Is that true?! If so that really gonna screw up my trip!!
