A passport ??
Or do you mean a visa ??

If you do mean a passport, it will depend on your own country (or nationality) if they will give you a passport.

If you do have a passport, and you desire a visa to Amsterdam: you will need to request for a visa at The Netherlands Embassy in your country.

The Dutch Embassy in your country is easily found, if you use Google.

However: if your name is on the blacklist, or if the Dutch authorities are familiar with your drugs charge ...... the chances that they will grant you a visa are very little.

Remember that drugs are NOT LEGAL in The Netherlands, it's only tolerated to a certain extend.

Good luck!

in a word......no drug charges will always follow you around no matter where you live, you'd have been better off if it was for violence............as for a drug charge and by coincidence you want to go to amsterdam.....that made me laugh.
