I'm going to France in Spring '08 and I want to hit up Amsterdam. What's the cheapest way to get there and how much would it cost to travel by train?

My husband and I are going to need a sleeper train from Paris to Rome. Then, another from Rome to Frankfurt.

Is there a separate reservation fee? And a separate sleeper car cost? What should I expect to pay for this?

i am 14 and am going on a 5 and a half month student exchange program to Italy in 4 weeks and was just wondering if anyone could help me with some questions i have. I am staying in a city called ascoli piceno which i know little about, and was just wondering if anyone knew anything about the city? I am taking the train to Prague. Could anyone also advise me as to:

Should I book the train ticket in advance, over the internet?
Should I bother to spend the extra, and go first class?

I have 6 hours in Vienna, Austria and I have no clue what I can do for so long in the airport so maybe a quick visit outside the airport? How far are things? i got an mp3 player. this one i connect it with usb to the usb port.on the machine it says it s ready but on the computer there are no signs of an mp3 connected.
