You need to ask the Greek embassy in Philippines or a Philippine consulate in Greece. You may also wanna trace some immigrants from Philippines in Greece. They will know.

You want to come for vacation??Welcome to Greece...
As a travel agency I say to to come with a group from your country with other people! In a tourism office the will tell you what to do, and usually they take care for everyhting that is needed...
But if you want to come alone, you can to any tourism office or in the Greek embassy....
