Ok,think i know what's wrong. Try this step by step:

1- Right click my computer, click "manage" on the appearing menu.

2-you will see a menu and a window on the left. Computer management-storage -Disk management. Click "disk management"

3-There are two windows on the right side. You will see a driver letter in the lower one.(Like ( D: ) other than your hard drives) Right click the letter. Click " change driver letter and paths" on the appearing menu.

4- Click "change" button on the middle on the appearing menu.

5- You will see a menu saying "enter a new letter or path" change the letter to someother, just for an example make it " X" .

6- Click "OK"

Your mp3 player will appear immediately.

Edit# If it says "new hardware found" it's not about a cd or program drivers. You only need to assign a driver letter as i explained above.
