I'd like to visit some friends in California, but I don't want to wait for my passport. Since we can still cross the border with our ID only, would it be possible to drive to an American City, such as New York, then take a plane from there to Los Angeles?

This isn't the type of thing you can call the airports about :-)

Hi ... I am living in Winnipeg, and thinking of moving back to Alberta, probably Calgary.

I was wondering if anyone had an opinion on a comparison of the two cities. I have lived in Calgary but it's been a couple of years, and I know things have changed a lot in the last few years.

Thanks.

My husband and I are taking a weekend trip to Windsor, Canada and need some great places to visit while we are there. This is our anniversary so we want people who have been there before to give us some places to go and eat and maybe to some shopping.

I live in USA now and many times wear a baseball cap with the Canadian flag. Everyone at my gym looks at me when I wear this, and when not, they hardly pay attention. What is the deal? I am Canada born and raised, I love my country. Is it true that they really hate us here?

Should I be worried? I do trust him...to a point. But when he gets around a group of guys, drunk, I'm afraid of what might happen. He tends to cave in to pressure from his friends a little too easily for me to feel totally secure. We have been together for 2 years and we live together. I trust him-but how tempting is it up there, far away from home, with friends, strip clubs and alcohol in the mix? How far can it go with the strippers? Will they be all over him and allow him to touch and grope them? What is it really like? I know I may not like what I hear, but honest answers would be appreciated!!

Similar to other countries such as Hong Kong and other countries. It'll mean everyone needs to hold a ID card and provide it for Identification purposes when necessary. Do you think Canadian's should hold national ID cards?

That' being memorized by the actors, or do they use story boards and themes with the dialogue partially improvised by the actors?

Just curious because it sounds like a lot of the things said by the characters, such as insults and cursing, are made up on the spot during filming.
