Going to be in Michigan soon, and am considering driving into Canada. I am delivering a custom-modified truck, and have permission to use it while there. I don't want to run into any trouble leaving or getting back into the States. I am considering just renting a car to avoid any problems. Comments?

We are going to Canada next year and are going to purchase an RV (Motorhome) and just wondering if it's cheaper in different provinces? When I used to live in Calgary, there was no provincial tax so if I buy an RV directly (no dealer) would it be roughly 8% cheaper to buy it in Alberta than other provinces? Also, any extra 'annoying' laws in different provinces when purchasing a vehicle?

I am in Edmonton for the summer and I want to do as much as possible while I'm here. I live by the U of A campus and I don't have a car.

I already know that there will be a number of festivals this summer.

I am looking for things to do on a daily basis.

Please suggest restaurants, events, classes and how to get there by public transity from the university.

Please do not suggest restuarants on Whyte Ave or West Ed Mall.

I would also like to know about things happening on the U of A campus.

Hi,

My sister is having her reception at Chateau Bonne Entente in Ste Foy/Quebec City. Unfortunately, I and many others can not afford the high cost of the rooms there. I was wondering if anyone knew of a hotel near by. We would LOVE to be able to WALK there after the reception. Thoughts? Suggesitons??

What about a house that we could rent for the weekend? If there is enough of us maybe we can even go into a large home, or maybe a small home for just a few of us.
