How do i get a canadan job offer for working visa from outside of canada [JPN]?

I plan to work in canada in the future but i do not know how to get a job offer outside canada. Please help

Check all those japanese companies that offer tours to Canada. Since they always need a Tour guide to come with the groups, they hire people in Japan and they get you the visa. There arent a lot of Japanese in Canada so thats an easy way to come here.
