I would like to stay 4 nights in Sydney and plan to do 3 days golfing there. Could you help recommend good golf course and not too expensive one for me. I don't mind to go somewhere outside Sydney like Blue Mountain or nearby. Please help advise. If you can give me correct spelling for me to search for more info, I'd really appreciate

I'd like a cabin with ensuite but on a budget. Thought Port Macquarie might be good as its not too far off the highway.

We are about30 and relocating from London to Sydney.
After living a nomadic life for almost four years it is time to look for a real home. We have been living in Sydney previously( glebe, coogee beach) What we have now in mind would include a couple of points:
-residential area but still a bit of an arty vibe
-reasonable propertyprices ( maybe a chance to be an upcoming suburb)
-good public transport , also into CBD(trains?)
-reasonably close to any beach(3km)
sounds pretty pragmatic, eh? Well its the ideal, but reality might look different.
Here is a bit of what we experienced in other suburbs before :
I found glebe quite nice but its just too far away from the shore and too expensive.
Coogee is great for a swim, but the occasional night out in the coogee beach palace hotel is just not what we think of
an inspiring event...
Surrey Hills is nice for arts and warehouseparties and so on, but too much surrounded by the city djungle...
Thats fairly it.Anyone got THE answer?pleeease!!!!!!!

My boyfriend (29) and I (26) are moving to Sydney for 2yrs and thought about living in Manly for the beach life, would Maroubra or Bronte be other alternatives. He is working at Darling Harbour. We have narrowed it down to these three.

I'm researching where to live near The Uni of Sydney. Interested in an area that is nice, close to public transportation, shops/bars/clubs/coffee shops/etc... and where young professionals tend to live. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Sunshine Coast mmm possible, better book a flight quick. Or Melbourne I have a brother in Ballarat I guess I could see ! Also should you take a women away with you after 2 weeks of seeing her ?
