This may not be a big issue in Singapore, but take note the insurance only cover 1 driver and 3 other passengers, should an accident happen, insurance claim will be a problem.

You can only have as many people in a car as there are seats for them. Children must be in a seat and may not sit on someone's lap. Seatbelt wearing is compulsory and if a passenger is without one, both the passenger and the driver will be charged. The police in Australia may stop any vehicle at any time for any reason. Driving is a privilege not a right. If you try to drive with six people in a Corolla you will be booked and could face a variety of charges including Driving without due care and attention; driving in a manner dangerous; overloading a vehicle; failure to wear seatbelts etc etc

There are vehicles that will legally carry six people. Get one of those or get two small cars.

Yep, Take note of Tan's answer, it's a goodin'.
If caught (before you have your accident), you'll be for the high jump, with cancellation of Licence and possibly a jail term too.
Get a bigger vehicle, one with at least 6 seats - and seatbelts: a Toyota Taraga, LiteAce, HiAce or Previa; or a Honda Odessey, or something similar.
There's no shortage of suitable waggons.

get yourself a tarago van and be done with it.

It is illegal to overload a car, and being tourists, you could quite likely be deported.
