I'm planning a vacation with some friends and we want to go to and island. We just don't know which one we want to go to. It doesn't matter what country it is just as long as it has a beach.

1. Chiang Mai 2 days, Mae Hon Song 1 day, BKK 1 1/2 day, Ayuthaya & Lopburi I day
2. Chiang Mai and Mae Hon Song j--5 1/2 days
3. Sukothai 1 day, Chiang Mai 3 days (w/mhs??), BKK 1 1/2 day
4. Chiang Mai 2 days, MHS 1 day, Mekhala trip to Ayuthaya and overnight in Ayuthaya 2 1/2 days

Please don't recommend the beaches. I don't have the time or interest. I am after the culture, people and monkeys if I get so lucky.

I am only in Chiang Mai area for four days. I can choose to fly to Mae Hon Song or motorbike. I like to see the scenery of a country but worry about the timeframe.

All of my side of the family live in Kentucky so this is where all of our vacations end up because we go for over a year without seeing my relatives. Trouble is, I hate doing this because we miss out on so many great vacations. We can't afford to go to Kentucky AND Vegas, or Grand Canyon, or Mt.Rushmore, etc.
Perhaps you know of some really cool places to see either on our way to Kentucky (from Central Florida) or within a hundred miles of our destination which is Louisville. We've been thinking about Colonial Williamsburg but even that will have us driving more than we probably wish. Anyway, if you can offer some suggestions, it would be appreciated!

I would like to join an online forum, bulletin board community that is very active, where you are not censored, where you can post suggestive photos or even porn if you want, That has fair moderators that aren't on power trips or out to target people and ban them for stupid reasons that aren't against the rules. A board that is fun, expressive, not square or corny, or even discusses metaphysical/paranormal concepts. Not a staid boring board, a fun, humorous one where people get along and are exciting to post to. Ive been looking for this for a long time. I have been on a howard stern board for a couple of years but its tanking now. a few of the people are great, but most of them are nuts or even vicious. They have freedom to express themselves there but the moderators are corrupt, rotten, and egomaniacs that like banning people for reasons other than the rules. Please help me out, Im looking for a very exciting but kinder board, I guess!

My husband and I have been married for almost 5 years and we never had a real honeymoon. We are planning on having our first baby and want to go to Hawaii first (hopefully conceive there). The problem is that my husband is terrified of flying. (otherwise we would go to Italy). We decised that a cruise would be nice. Would we miss out a lot by going on a cruise? Would we still get time in Hawaii?

We've never been on a cruise before.
