It really depends on your budget! If you can only afford under $100 a night, then the Disney All Star or Pop Century Resorts are for you. These are also great resorts to stay at if you will be traveling with children.
My personal favorite is the Animal Kingdom Lodge. It has amazing balcony views, spectacular architecture, amazing food, and some pretty unique shopping.

Screw resorts. My friends and I stayed at a cheap motel called The Suites at Olde Towne for sixty bucks a night. It had a bathroom, a bedroom with two beds, a sink and a closet, a kitchen with a refrigerator, table and chairs, sink, microwave, counter, stove and oven, a living room with a television, pullout couch and a Murphy bed. They gave us free rides to and from Disney World and Universal Studios.

Cost not a concern... No question Grand Floridian....
My personal favorite for the money is Fort Wilderness Cabins or Wilderness Lodge.
