Denver, Colorado (my hometown) has been in the national spotlight recently with our big blizzard (my suburb got 32 inches!!). I'm just curious what other people imagine Denver to be like. Or, if you've been before, what did you think of it?

What do you think of the people, the city, the scenery, the stuff to do? Did you find the city welcoming? Conservative? Cosmopolitan or a bit of a cowtown?

I was looking into relocating from Florida to Houston. I have not yet been to Houston but I hear that the heat in Houston is far worse than the heat in Florida is that true?

I used to live in London and I listened to Heart all the time. I miss London and its radio stations so I'd like to make a playlist of Heart's club classics. Does anyone know where I can locate a list of the songs they play as part of their Club Classics programme? Thanks :-)

I have a one-night stopover in Seoul on January 18, and would like to see some of the city while I have the chance. I want some information on travel to and from the airport, as well as recommendations of where to spend the evening (someone suggested the Shinchon area).

I land at 5:30pm. My connecting flight is at 1:30pm the next day. I have an airport hotel as part of my ticket. Would you suggest I travel into the city then back to my airport hotel that evening, and if so, how would I get back to the airport (how late does public transport run/how much do taxis cost?).

Or should I could get a room in the city centre and go back to the airport the next morning?

I have found guest houses in Daehangno area near Sungkyunkwan university. Is this a good place to sample Korean nightlife?

Thanks

My whole entire family is okay to go on a vacation to Greece except one person. They are too afraid that we would not be able to read anything and that we wouldn't be able able to find ourselves around because everything would be in Greek - including the road sides. They are also worried that it's dangerous over there because it is near the Middle East and that it might not be developed, civilized enough, something like that over there. I have to influence them that it is safe enough to go there before Christmas so I am in a hurry. Please help me.

I love my new state. It's got lots of pretty flora and lots of pretty girls.
It's got great beaches and warm weather all year.
Why would anyone say things bad about it?
I live in Clearwater, FL which is in the Tampa Bay Area.
A very lovely area too.

DH and I are off to Las Vegas mid January for 6 days. We are looking forward to gourmet dining, lots of drinking, a little gambling, and whatever sightseeing crosses our path. In your opinion, what one attraction is a must see?

I feel like I'm akward all the time and I have trouble talking to people. One time I saw this girl I knew and I didn't expect to see her and we talked and when she left my mom said she could sence the akwardness in my conversation. One time someone was looking at me and I got scared and I didn't know what to do so I said "Hi" and my voice cracked. Everyone hates me and if I'm ever in arguments or whatever everyone sides against me always, even one of my best friends. My parrents said people are intimidated by me bacause I'm too secluded. I think it must be at least in part because I'm ugly, I have been told I'm beautifull but if I was people wouldn't hate me like they do. Once I was about to read saomething I wrote in front the class and I was shaking so bad that my writing was hardly readable. I hardly ever get flirted with on an the extremely rare occasion that I do my akwardness repells them. One time I was about to read something in front of the class (different class) and I

I am relocating mysefl at Houston from India with my wife and Mom. Is it a good idea to buy a home right away and stay or rent for some time and then buy? I can spend US$ 1000 per month on rent / monthly installment and about US$ 10000 as down payment, if I want to buy a home. I am 48 years now!

I was wondering if they are similar in terms of how people live, both U.S. and U.K. Since the U.S. makes harder to get in, people may try the U.K. instead, would that be almost the same?

I'm 15, should be getting my permit soon. I have a very poor sence of dirrection, for example: I went to a very small elementry school and got lost there a few times, I switched to a larger middle school and got lost there, once for a very long time and ended up in some creepy dead end stairwell, then I switched to a much larger high school and go lost there a few times also and walked around with a map for the first week of school, I even had to pull it out a few times douring week 2, not to say I didn't get lost anyway. I once had a terrible nightmirror that I was lost in my school and there were all these dead end hallways with cliffs and elictric wires and I missed the bus and had to hike home through the woods. I don't even know the name of the street right across from mine and I'v lived here for over a decade. I don't know how I can possibly handle driving places. I feel like I'm always confused. How will I not get lost. Please, no mean comments. =(
