california.. southern california to be more exact. great weather and beautiful surroundings. DO NOT move to florida. horrible weather especially in the summer and tons of old people who can't drive... as well as hurricane season and mosquitoes... and no surfing if you plan to live on the west coast of florida.

I love North Carolina
Pick your favorite:
We have beaches for beach bunnies
We have Mountains for skiing and snow bunnies
We have flat lands... for flat bunnies?
Our ground does not shake beneath us.
We do have hurricanes...but you have several days warning
Taxes are not to bad
We have the Carolina Hurricanes, Carolina Panthers Duke and UNC for sports.
What is not to love?

I've lived in several and I would say CA, if you have enough money.
Definitely not Florida, unless you like periodic hurricanes, unbearable humidity and a population of tourists, retirees or uneducated trashy people.
