Basically, if an aussie goes to the US and spends an australian dollar, everything is about 20 to 30 cents more expensive.
If an American comes to Australia and spends a US dollar, he gains 20 to 30 cents.
This amount fluctuates daily, but the USD is the stonger currency of the two.
