does any one know which states provide this...?

Hello people im from queens ny and im moving to Miami with my boyfreind but i hear its a dangerouse city to go to from alot of people.Ive seen some awful things on the news about it including a few shootouts.I looked up the crime rate and it does say its alot worse than new york.Anyone know where in Miami we should go and where we should avoid.thank you your comments are appreciated.

I'm planning a trip to Texas. Me and my 15 teddy bears friends want to rent a minibus there. I don't know how to drive, but once I've seen someone driving : it looks very easy. My human owner, who's very smart (althouh he watches porn movies all the time), gave me a fake driver's license and said it was okay, since (according to him) "Texan people don't know how to drive too, and are hardly able to read".
Do you think a Chrysler Pt Cruiser is good for 15 teddy bears, or shall we consider something larger?
