How old are you? Do you have a choice? The deserted part of Wyoming might be very beautiful, as opposed to the deserted part of say - Nevada. What kind of school would you go to? Does the boyfriend have a job already? Does he have family and friends there? You said he already lives there. If you are actually old enough to have a choice, you might consider going to live there with them temporarily (say for 6 months) to see if it could work out.
How strong is your relatonship with him? Would you each have privacy? Is your mom very committed to him? Why aren't they married? Does she have her own source of financial support? How does your own father fit into this picture? Is anyone of the group a drug or habitual alcohol user? Are they evangelicals or members of a religious cult? Do you have any older brothers or sisters who are grown up and living in your present town, who could host you until you finished your education?
I know these are all entirely personal questions and I don't expect you to answer them. Just think about them for yourself.
The worst situation would be one in which you all moved to this remote place, then the relatinship between your mom and her boyfriend went sour, but she could not or would not move out of it, in order to "protect" you. It's a real recipe for misery and possibly abuse. I'm not saying that your situation is anything like this. I just think that if you are old enough to have options you might consider them.
Good luck and I hope it all works out well.

Most of Wyoming is deserted. You don't give your age or sex. Is there a relative you can stay with? There is no guarantee your Mom will stay with him or in Wyoming. Would be good if you could finish the school year where you are now.

So your mom and her boy friend want to take you and your siblings to a deserted part of a deserted state. In addition to all the great ideas that Zelda suggested let me suggest this ; Have a carefully thought out exit plan and enough cash available to put it into effect. Things with your mom and her boyfriend or worse yet things with you and her boyfriend may get really weird really fast and you may have to abandon Wyoming in order to save your butt. Be prepared.
Best of luck
