My daughter (16) is travelling up to the Lakes and needs to change from Bus to train to continue on to Barrow, I need to know how far is it between Preston Bus Station and Preston train station, Could you walk it? Is there a bus, and could anyone draw a map. As I have looked on the net but can't find anything that shows both points.

I'm effin sick of it whenever I go into a chat room and I see an Indian/Arab buzzing me and asking me questions in fractured English.

I wish at least a few of them would stop and think to themselves "Hmm, I don't know the language that well, and sending a PM to this person is a major load on his system resources"

P.S. Yes, I know I could simply turn my PM's off, but there are so many people that I talk to that I can't fit them all on my list and they have to PM me instead of the other way around.

...move back to where they were born or where their parents where born? Everyone wants to move to America. I understand because you are more free here to do or say anything. I think that in a couple centuries a lot of Americans will move back to where they came from. I was born in Europe and I miss my home contry. Its too stressfull at times here in America. My husband and I want to move back in 4 or 5 years. Of course we will still visit America. What do you think? Do you think you would move back to your contry someday?

My girlfriend is coming to visit me in America for 3 months. It is possible to stay in the states as a tourist for up to 3 months with no visa but my girlfriend is worried about going through customs. Is there anything she needs to be careful about saying? She is afraid if she tells them she is staying with her boyfriend for three months they might not let her in? Would it be better to fib and say she's staying with friends or something? It would be terrible for her to get all the way to america and then get sent back at the border. Please any advice would be appreciated.
