We plan to go go skiing in Livigno, Italy, in April 2007. Does anyone know how the skiing conditions normally are in April? This season April suits us better than February or March. Is it more sun than skiing? Earlier we´ve been there in Feb-March and liked it very much although it can be a little chilly, like minus 24 degrees C...
So, come on folks, help us with the April-info please.
Regards Tonie

I am 33, and have never skied or snow-boarded before, and in all honesty am not very sporty. However it looks like fun - should I give it a go? If so, what's the best way to start?

I'd like to learn Yoga. I need some type of excercise for the winter months, now that volleyball season has ended. I've never done Yoga before. What exactly does Yoga do? I'm not quite sure what it is, to be honest! All I know is that it involves stretching!

I have a M4 Talon snowboard on layaway... I want some feedback on it. Construction quality, what country are they made and you're opinion on it. I searched the web and found little info.

I'm from the East Coast and I'm visiting L.A. in early January and want to spend a few days skiing (or snowboarding). I would make a detour to some place on the way back.

My friend is an avid and talented recreational skier. She is from Austria and turning 30 this year and I would like to get her something amazingly extraordinarily special. Price can be anywhere up to about $500, but doesn't necessarily have to be expensive, just really cool.

How come at many ice rinks, figure skaters are really rude and stuck up on themselfs? I mean it's like you either "in" or not in the figure skating groupie and why? Even if you've been skating for years they still have no respect for you. It's sorta like a one for one thing, your on your own, find someway to survie, otherwise your going to die. So basicly i'm just wondering why some of them dont give you a chance, they walk by and laugh at you b/c your not at a certian level? Why are people/ kids like this? (i'm at a high level, not a beggining level.)
