As soon as the days get shorter and there is a chill in the air my heart skips as it nearly winter and I can go riding!
Does anyone else feel that way?

Hey you sound like someone after my own heart!! My skis have already been for a hot wax and are raring to hit the slopes (along with their owner). I used to live in New Zealand with a permanent season pass, so I seriously cannot wait for the European season to start. Winter doesn't last long enough!

I can't wait for winter, but can't snowboard. I have tried it and I do like it, but I am a downhill skier. It was snowing yesterday and it is snowing again today (I'm in Minnesota)and I'm pumped! So are my kids. My daughter is on the High School ski team (her final year) and my son will be on it next year. Last year I took a trip to Wyoming and skiied Jackson Hole and Grand Targhee for the first time and I loved it! My sister is so lucky because she lives out there and she gets to snowboard every day. She also is a Lift Operator at Jackson so she gets free lift tickets.

YES. Winter. I have not gone snowboarding-just yet. I am going to snowboard in February for the first time. Heck yes! I love the snow, and I can't wait until I finally get to snowboard in Colorado!! I live in Texas, so I definitely can't wait until winter. XD

Holy shnickeys I can't wait!!! I'm hoping on Halloween (at the latest) and I've been wanting to go since last winter ended!!! Already snowed up here once, but only an inch, and then I'll go riding at Pow Mow all the way, man!!!!

Me either I cannot wait. I just got a new board replacing my 2001 Burton Se7en and can't wait to shred the mountains on my Burton Blunt 2007. The board looks so sweet and I just want to ride now. If I had the money I would go to Austrailia right now to get some action.

I was born and raised in Idaho. I have been to resorts in Idaho, Oregon, Washington, Colorado, and Arizona. I grew up playing baseball, basketball, football, wrestling, and track. Snowboarding is my favorite by far. I can't wait to get up on a mountain in the fresh white stuff.

I have a 3 day/4 night booking in Austria during Thanksgiving weekend... absolutely CANNOT wait to shred some slopes!!

I want to go go snowboarding but don't know if I can afford it this year. I was in Cervinia in Italy a couple of years ago and loved it. I would like to go to Andorra next.

I've been doing snow dances daily. I can't wait to ride. I tuned and waxed my board today, ah the smell of melting wax.
