okay well scince its summer me n my friends want to go to the pool n beach n stuff, but i am very flat chested so i am im ashamed to wear a suit. I feel so...ugly..in one. and its even harder when one of my friends is a total B n says "u have none hahahaha" any advice?!?!?

I'm not a distance swimmer. My asthma can't handle it. And I can't stand doing flip-turns when I'm swimming laps. I do flip turns for competition when I only swim two laps, but if I'm swimming laps at practice, I get winded if I do flip turns. If I do touch and go, I'm fine, but my coaches keep getting on my case telling me to always do flip turns.

I never tighten my goggles too tight-(unless I'm at a meet) but the place were my goggles sit around my eyes, always hurts and kinda gives me headache even after im done swimming. Can you help? thanks

READ THIS!!!!! i want to do this so that i can fit into a size 28 pair of jammers and a size 28 swim brief (speedo) by the winter swim season. can eating "lean cuisine" help me do this with some cardio and using my ab lounge... can all of this help me get down to a size 28 waist??? Im a mother of 2, a size 12/14 body with a bra size of 34 DDD. I have been searching for over 5 years for a swim suit that I can wear to the pool with my poor hot kids thats appropriate for someone to see other then my husband in our bedroom! I always have to search for huge size swimwear just to fit my breasts then its obviously way too wide. I get my sewing machine out, shorten the straps by about 6 inches, pin with diaper pins under the cups to keep them from falling out and to slim the width and Wallah! ...another ruined suit that still looks gross and me in a terrible negative about myself mood. I cant help it God gave me large breasts, I cant believe that theres noone else in the world that doesnt have this problem. Where do all the plastic surgery boob people go to find swimwear? Im sure they all havent banned swimming because of this. Thanks for your help, Im so frustrated & almost ready to take my bra -that fits and wrap swim material around it. I know, funny-but true

I have read that bilateral breathing balances out your body and muscles, however, all the olympic swimmers (ian thorpe, van den hoogenband, phelps) breathe every two strokes. Should i bilateral breathe or not?
