I think you should speak to your doctor before diving. Depending on the height of the board you are diving from the impact could be great, (or if underwater diving the water pressure) he may well suggest you do other forms of exercise first to build up your muscle tone around the break before subjecting it to any great pressure.

43.5 seconds. So make sure the plaster is removed whilst on the diving board and that there is water in the pool or you'll be wishing your plaster had remained in situ.

You better ask your doctor or physical therapist. Depending on where the break was, how severe it was, whether there was any other damage and how long it's been reahbbed will all play into that answer and no one here is really qualified to answer that.

Call your doctor or PT, they'll let you know for sure. Better to be safe than sorry!

Could you dive before? Why not just swim to strengthen the weak muscles before trying to dive?
