Competition suits are going to be tight and form-fitting. They basically try to suck everything in and streamline the body. Therefore you might try something along those lines. If you're looking for something more fashionable, try Lands End, they have figure-flattering suits in various cupsizes made to accent certain body types.

I like to look at real tight stuff so I can tell there is a lot in there but the suit is such that the person can be athletic.

my friends on my diving team have this problem and they solve it by wearing two suits
one over the other.
it works really well and isn't uncomfortable
