If that is a public pool in NYC, call 311 or go to http://www.nycgovparks.org/sub_things_to_do/facilities/af_pools.html
[According to the above web site all NYC Public pools open today (6/29].
If it is a private/organization run pool - you'll have to call them.

Most of the time when this happens, they are actually staring at a guy behind you in the background. I should know... I've waved plenty of times at girls waving at a guy behind me. Anyway, these girls are saying the most typical things said to a cocky guy, and the cocky guy usually knows what to say next, and then they melt... and the rest is history. (BTW I've never seen so many girls answer a question all at once! They all have hot avatars, so you must be doing something right.)
