After several months of swimming women become very strong like men. Their chest become more wide and many big muscles on body. For example, when I watch some compotetion between women they are all look lile a strong man.

Swimming increases muscle mass and tones the body, yes. However, the swimmer body is a very delicate ratio of lean muscle to fat and you will not see a bulky body on a good swimmer, just a very toned physique with low body fat.

As for women who swim looking like men, I daresay that's a pretty false judgement. Women who swim competitively look very sleek and have pretty hard bodies, yes. However, they still look like women with a waist and breasts and girlish features. I've been swimming since I was 8 and I certainly don't resemble a man! Check out the issue of Playboy with Amanda Beard in it if you don't believe me!
