Any suggestions on the brand?

I know zilch about hunting; no one in my immediate family hunts or cares to do so including myself.

I am curious though.

Is it possible to have a stainless steel revolver such as S&W model 619 blued? The only finish available was and still is SS but I prefer the look of blue . Would it be possible to use one those cold blue kits or would it need to be done by a pro with a hot blue method?

I've heard that you can use rubbing alcohol to remove finger prints from your gun. I have a Baby Eagle 9mm that I bought from Sportsmans Warehouse and it seems that they don't take too well care of their guns as it had smeer marks and fingerprints on the slide, also a couple of scratches. Does rubbing alcohol actually work and if so will it harm my pistol? If not than what will remove the fingerprints from my slide?

I heard that you have to be law enforcement to use the p229, is that true? Or do you just need a concealed hangdun license?

Should I use 9mm or .357 sig?

I just like the idea of using .357 sig with a sig sauer gun (hence the name..) But if 9mm is better I would use it.

when or after the tick is removed, how to dispose of it. you can't kill it with-out a hammer. and that would spread it germs, and you don't want to; " turn it back into the wild"

I don't see how the charcoal can be recharged in my dryer, it just can't get it hot enough. Am I just overpaying for a camo garmet the I can get for half the price and keep in a rubbermaid container with a scent wafer?

my grandparents and i are looking for a versataille hunting dog. we have read a lot of info on brittany spaniels and german shorthaired pointers. do you think it is worth getting one or not? are there any downsides to either? any other breeds you reccommend?

Can you tell me the difference? I'm just gonna be looking at accuracy, and self defense power. (Recoil isn't too bad of a problem I have a strong arm, unless it's really bad)

I also don't want to shoot them more than one time, will a 9mm knock them out in 1 shot?

...everytime I put the copper brush down the barrel it's like I never cleaned it before. It's my fathers gun, and he has probably never cleaned it, but everytime I use the copper brush it comes out really dirty for 2 patches then cleans up again. Then I use copper brush again and again it is really dirty for about 2 patches then clears up again. Without using the copper brush the patches come out perfectly clean, but when I use the brush it is really dirty. So my question is, is that the way it is sopposed to be? I really never used copper brushes before. I didnt know if I was just scraping the inside of the barrel up with the copper brush and that is what caused all the dirtyness? It is a black dirtyness. I been going at this thing for probably 2 hours now. It's clean as a whistle when I dont use that copper brush but when I do it is so dirty. I feel really redundant right now. Just wondering if I was sopposed to keep going till the patches after the copper brush are clean?
