Not too much difference. The lighter bullet will have higher velocity, it will be affected by the wind more, and it will have less penetration.
The larger bullet, will have lower velocity but higher impact and penetration.

Given the same powder charge, the 150 will exit the barrel faster, slow down faster, but drop less than the 168. Recoil will be slightly less with the 150, but the weights are pretty similar and the differences would be slight. 168 will retain it's energy a little better.

with the same powder charge, little difference. the 168gr. whould have a little more recoil than the 150gr.
But if you increase the powder charge (to increas speed) of the 150gr. to get the same factor (bullet wt. x speed), recoil would probably would be the same.
The 168gr would have more mass, stopping power while the 150gr will penetrate more with the increase in speed.

It is not worth comparing or measuring because of the Bullet weights you are comparing are to close together*...
