Steroid use has been around since, what, the 1960s (starting with bodybuilding). We have recently ended an era of complete ignorance with regard to the physical effects of 'roids. Maybe Hank Aaron used. Maybe Joe Montana used. No one has bothered to ask around.

Example people think Rocky Marciano is the greatest fighter ever because he was 49-0. Some people think the 72 Dolphins are the greatest because they went 17-0. i cant seem to nail a backflip on my trampoline.

i can do a front flip just fine but i have somthing the french call..

BACK FLIP FEAR!

but im sure there are some other steps besides

step1:do a backflip.O_O

are there some excercises i can do to overcome the fear?

My name is Taylor. I am 14 yrs old. I am very athletic and i love to play contact sports. My favorite sport is football. I have a problem though. Im not overweight but i do have a bit of a belly and i hate it. I try and try to get abs but i cant do it. My Body Fat is currently 21.9. I seen somewhere that most people achieve visible and rockhard abs somewhere within a 12 - 18% Body Fat range. Im looking to atleast get to 17% BF.

So can someone please help me?
It would be nice to also give me some tips on playing QB and RB.

the mike vick dog fighting scandal, the nba ref betting scandal, or barry bonds eventually breaking the home run record.

i think its the nba scandal is the worst, because if the accusations are true,it affects the whole league and not just one team like the dogfighting one. im a spurs fan, and for a while people were saying that the refs were on their side during their series against phoenix. i thought that they were just bitter fans. but now knowing this guy was one of the refs during the series, it makes me wonder if maybe something was up.

as for the other 2, i would say that the mike vick scandal is the next worse. although neither vick or bonds have been proven guilty for anything, i think any unbiased person with a right sense of mind can say that they are both guilty. but i say that what vick did was more serious. out of taking steroids and dog fighting, taking steroids is the lesser of 2 evils.

what do you guys think?

in my opinion, i think athletes do just because they gotta work really really hard for their positions. like bball players, you gotta be really really good to play in the NBA. but anyone can become an actor/actress

it doesn't seem to give them an advantage, probally a disadvantage. They test for them now like in the NHL, NFL, UFC.... but I think let it go. Ricky Williams was good, so he smokes a little weed. Nick Diaz (UFC) MMA Fighter another. Thoughts?

I was taught in school that if you're hot, you should cool your wrist down because then it will cool your entire body down. So if that's true, wouldn't wearing a wristband make you hot?
