My name is Taylor. I am 14 yrs old. I am very athletic and i love to play contact sports. My favorite sport is football. I have a problem though. Im not overweight but i do have a bit of a belly and i hate it. I try and try to get abs but i cant do it. My Body Fat is currently 21.9. I seen somewhere that most people achieve visible and rockhard abs somewhere within a 12 - 18% Body Fat range. Im looking to atleast get to 17% BF.

So can someone please help me?
It would be nice to also give me some tips on playing QB and RB.

Running Back Tips?
1. Don't get into the line of scrimmage too fast. Wait and let the hole open.
2. Keep your head up.
3. "High step" as you run, pumping your knees. Its hard to tackle knee caps.
4. When the hole does open, you need a burst of speed to get through it and into the secondary.
5. When running in the secondary, "cut against the grain". In other words, run to the left of the guy trying to tackle you.
6. Take it home. Touchdown!
