Ebay is the place to find their true value. Remember to only look at cards that have a bid. I can list Ken Griffey Jr for $5000 if I want, but the information is useless to you if I don't get a bid. Also remember that the price usually goes up in the last few minutes. I would "watch this item" until the item sells to get the true value.

Card pricing guides are fine, but I've found that they have little bearing to what you'd actually get. So head for eBay and look up past and present sales.

If you do sell them, start really low at first -- 10-20 percent of "book value." They'll get bid up quickly, and you won't scare off bidders.
